"The room itself was good. Clean and decent sized. The issue was outside of the room: the back door to the building closest to our room didn’t lock so anyone can just walk in the building, the ice machine on 2 of the 3 floors didn’t work, there were no luggage carts available, there were people not staying at the property using the pool with their 5 kids, there were full sized trash bags full of trash sitting outside of several different rooms on all three floors we saw while looking for luggage carts, the breakfast was absolutely the bare minimum just bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and the highlight being the waffle maker. And of those the fruit was underripe the oatmeal was gone, and the yogurt was sour. There’s also the part where there seems to only be one staff member who regularly leaves the desk without anyway of notifying her you’re waiting for assistance."
