"This facility is suppose to be non smoking. When we arrived in our room I could smell cigarette smoke. I happen to look at the smoke detector and it was covered in plastic. I called the front desk to report this. A gentleman came up and took the plastic off the smoke detector. He said there was to be no smoking in the rooms and he said everyone signs a document to this effect. He did offer us another room, but we had already gotten settled in. Also, the telephone did not work, but we had a cell phone. The elevator was not working properly. When we tried to get the luggage cart through the elevator door at our floor the door closed on the cart, and we had to pry the cart out. The elevator did not detect obstacles and someone or a pet could be hurt badly if it closed on them. We tried using the open door button, but it did not work either. The elevator was dirty looking, and the carpet on the 4th floor, where we stayed (430) was very dirty just outside the elevator. I expected a fridge and microwave. I would like to ask that we receive a partial refund."
