We loved our stay here. We meant a group of our friends/family at this location at the Country Inn and Suites in St. Charles, MO. Kay, who works at the front desk, is an angel in disguise! She is the sweetest, most caring person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She went above and beyond making us all feel welcomed, answering questions, always asking us if we needed anything throughout our stay, etc. We will always come back to this hotel in the future, just to see her!

Very nice older hotel in a very convenient location. It was nice and quiet inside and couldn’t hear any road traffic at all. We were near all the shopping and eatery places that you could walk to just up the brick street. So much history in the old buildings that the shops are now in. The check in was easy and the staff very nice. Nice assortment of breakfast food in the morning and excellent coffee! We’re definitely staying there again when back in town.

The hotel is located near the Missouri River and its walking/bike paths. Plus other nearby amenities such as the casino and pickleball facilities. Staff was amazingly friendly day and evening. Fresh fookies when we arrived and breakfast which included BACON!!
