Hotels.com needs to investigate the validity of the positive comments left for this establishment. Google has a 2.3 rating for reviews and i can see why. The cleanliness of the room was atrocious. Not in a "we got behind and skipped a day" kind of way. The walls, baseboards and corners haven't been cleaned in months or years. The toilet hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The front desk host was friendly, but that is the ONLY positive.

The room was bare. No carpet. Dirty shower. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke. Dirty bedding. Found a bed bug on one of the pillows, to which I took a picture and immediately checked out and booked a different hotel. Felt unsafe in the room. And did not trust my vehicle outside. Staff was not helpful and or rude. Could hear every little noise in the building.

The place is clearly going through some renovations. There is mix work to be done. The rooms aren’t cozy and needs to be sprayed for roaches. It is a good enough jet place for one night until the roaches come out.
