I was mainly just looking for a bed, which I got. The light in the bathroom didn't work and they only had soap, no shampoo. I was told "Use all the wifi you want" - but the wifi was very slow. The A/C had to be turned down to 62 to actually get the room cool. and the TV didn't even have a channel to watch Cardinal baseball - IN ST. LOUIS! Again, if you're looking for a place to lay your head - this works!

Beds not clean neither were the bathrooms. Hall smelled of cigarette smoke even though the building was "smokefree". They were ripping up carpet and they had us walk over the construction sight even though they had rooms available before that area. Cigarette holes in bedspread and curtain. Internet connection so weak that we could not coonect. I paid $60 to stay there that was way over priced. Do not stay here. Just keep looking.

Pros: It set away from a lot of traffic and in a quite area.
Cons: Nothing
Location: You can walk around the area Denny's next to it.
Nice hotel close to freeway was easier to get to the locations I needed to go

Being close to the airport, the Denny's next door and the price is the reason to stay. I've been in better and worse, overall it was good for the money.

Alright

My flight came in early, I was able to check in before 3 which was nice because I didn't want roam the city with a suitcase. I was not told til I got there that the hotel undergoing renovations. I didn't realize I had a smoking room so of course my room smelled like cigarettes. I wasn't in my room for 10minutes and the sink stop draining. I was able to switch to a different room. In that room the shower head break. It was fixed the next day. The fitness room is out to date and the pool was not open the whole 4 days I was there which sucked. No breakfast was offered and the vending machines didn't take change and one took change. The fire alarm randomly went off at 3am ,twice in a row which was annoying. With the problems, the BED was the best thing about the hotel.

Had a good stay

Pros: Very clean room that smelled very fresh.
Cons: The 3rd floor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, that just shouldn't be on a non-smoking floor.
Location: St. Louis is a great city full of attractions and is a short drive from Hazelwood. Our favorite attraction was the Gateway Arch, simply a must see.
Easy location to find, clean hotel, well stocked room that smelled clean, but the best thing was that there was no issue with my service dog staying with us.

Don't stay

Didn't get checked in until 6pm they said they had to clean room. We had called to verify reservation at 3pm told them we would be there at 4:30pm. Then room was already occupied. Got different room and then they informed us air conditioner didn't work. And motel smell like marijuana. No pool, no coffee, no breakfast.

Room was very dirty

Pros: The water pressure in the shower was good.
Cons: Cleanliness
The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was a pile of 4 extremely dirty pillows on the chair in the corner. These pillows looked to be 30 years old and were covered in drool stains with no pillow cases. I went to the front desk and asked for new pillows, and was told there were none but they would bring pillow cases. When she got to our room I showed her the pillows and she agreed to find us new pillows. Unfortunately, when she returned they were the same pillows with just 2 pillow cases on them. The floors were also extremely dirty. I was also surprised there was no breakfast served at all. Luckily we only had to be in the room for a few hour. Otherwise, we would have changed hotels.
