The experience WAS HORRIBLE COVID-19 policy was not listed on website or the dos and don’t if I would have known you couldn’t have parties I would have NEVER BOOKED

Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. Had to run to other floors for ice. But, that was literally the only disappointment of the trip. Beds were clean! Rooms were clean and quiet and we were on the same floor with an entire dance company. No complaints here. Thanks!!

My Birthday Weekend Was Messed Up

I Stayed At This Hotel For My Birthday Weekend (3 Nights). I Had Paid For My Room Before I Checked In And When I Got To The Hotel I Gave The Young Lady My Credit Card And She Swiped It At Least 3 Or 4 Times. I Asked What Was The Matter She Told Me Nothing And The Young Gentlemen Gave Me My Room Key And Told Me To Enjoy My Stay. When I Got To My I Looked Around It Looked So Nice And Clean I Was Happy. When I Tried To Play The Radio On The Alarm Clock It Would Work So I Called The Front Desk To Let Them Know I Needed A New Radio It Took The Maintenance About 20mins To Come Get The Clock And 3 Hours For Him To Bring Back The Same Clock That DIDN'T Work. The Next Day I Asked For Housekeeping To Clean My Room And It Took Them 7 Hours To Come Clean My Room And Then I Locked Myself Out My Room So I Went To Get A Key And They Started To Harass About My Payment That I Already Made So They Gave Me Key And I Went Up To My Room. September 18th (My Actual Bday) I Was Harassed The Whole Day So Printed Out My Receipt Saying I Made My Payment And Gave It To A Lady Behind The Desk And Later That Night A Young Man Called Me While I Was At My Birthday Dinner Harassing About The Same Payment At This Point I'm Upset. I Get Back To My Room And Found Out They Shut Our Room Keys Off Now I'm Furious So Go To The Front Desk Talk To The Man About The Payment AGAIN So I Had To Print My Receipt Again And Give It To Him And Then He Gave Us Our Keys Back. I Did Not Enjoy My Stay, My Bday, Or Bday Weekend.
