The building looked old and under construction, rooms very small, the first floor smelled like a zoo. Dogs barked throughout the night, the toilet was leaking and the water pressure was low. Have of our dance team had to go to another hotel because the room were not clean. I won’t go back to this hotel.

There was a line of people waiting to check in. The rooms weren't ready until after 330 pm. Two of the three ladies available to clean rooms was outside smoking while everyone waited. No compensation was even offered to anyone. We didn't get into our 3rd room until after the wedding that night. Staff spent a lot of time outside smoking with a group of friends either visiting or staying at the hotel. The food at breakfast was cold. Will never stay at one again.

Renovation

The staff was very friendly and polite. Travelocity didn't provide up to date photos because had I known it was being renovated I wouldn't have stayed

Good area, no sketchy people hanging around

Pros: Room was clean and up kept. The staff were always nice.
Cons: Wifi was the only complaint I had. It kept coming and going.
Overall I had a positive experience here. Hotel area was always quiet. Recommend it to anyone. Close to a good variety of restaurants and just minutes from the airport.

Great staff but not a great hotel

Pros: The staff was first class
Cons: Finish the remodeling. Up date the plumbing we had to change rooms because the water wouldn't get hot. And we killed a large roach.
Location: Location was fine. Highway one block away.
I wish I had know before checking in that they were remodeling and a hotel used by the city for homeless people.
