The property was ok, our room smelled slightly of smoke. There was a mix up with our room but the staff was fantastic getting things resolved. If you need a place to crash before an early flight, parking and a shuttle, it’s fine.

We stayed here because my son wanted to go swimming for his birthday. We stayed in a suite and it was big enough for four of us. The kids had the living area and the adults had the room. The pool was big and heated. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our room wasn’t ready, 2.5 hours after check-in. They made it right by giving us another room and a credit for the price difference. Crumbs on the floor of the room near corners. It had been swept, but not super clean. Beds were comfy and ultimately it was a fine place to stay. Might not try it again, though.

was not a fan of this property at all. paid for an upgraded room and did not get the room i paid for. also, i took pictures when we walked in and it is VERY dirty. they need to do a good deep cleaning. the shower was very far from white. paint hanging and peeling off the walls. build up of dust in the vents. had it not been snowing and icy, we would have left.

I shouldn’t really rate this because I didn’t stay… I tried calling the location and canceling my reservation over 24 hours before but they said I had to do it through the app, but I could only find to message the hotel, which I did and the man told me again I had to go through the app to cancel. At a loss as to what to do I just left it… I’m sure I was charged but didn’t have a lot of options

The property and staff were excellent. I was upset that the hotel offered airport shuttle (per the Expedia website), as well as a train shuttle to downtown Saint Louis. When I talked to the receptionist, she stated the driver for the night I arrived was out, and they don’t offer train service. When asked if I could be reimbursed for my Lyft ride, she stated that since I reserved through a third party, I could not be reimbursed. Very disappointed with that aspect.

Customer service issues

Went on a business trip. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable regarding booking and deposit. She became defensive and was not helpful. Had to speak with a manager who resolved the issue. Staff should be trained regarding customer service and take the help of a Sr. staff member if needed.

Leaky water pipes

Everything was going pretty good till about 2:00 in the morning and I heard water dripping in the shower and in the hallway by the door from the room upstairs I was in room 707 and it dripped for about 30 minutes. With 10 in of snow on the ground and, I presume the roof it made me a little nervous however, I could tell by the ceiling that it had dripped before and had been temporarily repaired before the storm and then realized that it was from the room upstairs. I did not have time to report the issue to the hotel but I will do so today. Other than that the staff was real friendly and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and covenient location.
