"The bathroom in our room was less than adequate. The property was dated, but well maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. It was an okay place to sleep. "

"The room was very dusty, and there wasn’t a lot of towels. You could see where there used to be a refrigerator, but there was no longer. The coffee maker was gone. All that was there was coffee and cups. The cruise ship shuttle driver through our luggage because he forgot to take it out of the bus when we got to the terminal and it was our fault apparently but otherwise it was OK for the price"

"Me and my wife, reached the hotel at 1:00 AM due to delayed flight, was told that room was not ready. Asked to wait for 30 minutes. Finally at 1:40 AM, was told that there was an issue....i had to pick between (a) room with no AC (b) room without a door for bathroom. The front desk was very rude and told me I could complain to the manager who will not be available till 1:00 PM next day....while this was going on another guest who was given the same choice started to call other hotels in the area and none were available. I decided to take up "Room with no bathroom door" as we were dead tired (at 2:15 AM). We were told that we will be given a refund for $50 for inconvenience - so far I have not seen any discount or any email from the hotel. Worst hotel so far (Nightmare)."
