"The Kompase at the Miami Airport is a solid choice and definitely a step above the standard airport stay. We stayed 2 nights. The experience started well with the valet staff, who were helpful and efficient, and that high level of service continued throughout the visit. The room was notably clean and well-maintained. I also made use of the gym, which was well-equipped, clean and in good working condition. Breakfast was a convenient and reliable addition that made the mornings much easier. Overall, everything was handled with care. It was a pleasant, high-quality stay that felt more thoughtful than a typical transit hotel."

"Rm 208… most of the ceiling was peeling, waterlogged, or discolored. Was moved to 219. Better however still peeling in some places. Floors were dirty and lots of hair in sink and bathroom, even a roach on the last morning. Breakfast was good and staff in general were friendly."
