"I love this place - it's like an old friend. We've stayed here quite a number of times and it's always great. I like the restaurant too - comfortable, waitstaff are great, TV;s are placed nicely! It's odd sometimes when you stay at a hotel that you leave it for meals but here you never need to! Location is great too."

"As senior citizens, we found it incredibly difficult and physically exhausting to climb the stairs, as there was no Elevator (lift) available at the premises. ​Furthermore, considering the high Rental Charges, the lack of such a basic and essential facility is unacceptable. We expected better accessibility and value for the price we paid."

"This hotel can be summed up in a word. That word is adequate. The room is one you can sleep in but things do feel a bit constrained with the amount of space you have in the bedroom. The bathroom is adequate enough to use but don't expect to be comfortable in there if you are having a bath or shower. Oh yes. And the toilet was so tiny and low to the ground that it felt like I was using a daycare toilet. So.....adequate, but not comfortable."

"So the was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The issue is it’s was $360 for a room that I can barely turn around in. Also, the gym was not open when I woke up at 6am to go use it. Every hotels gym is 24 hours. "
