Nearly hit the mark!

Great stay . Have to come to lobby to pick up door dash. Been there on different floors several times and ice machine always out without any notice or concern. Notified front desk, in room dining, & vip desk. Received no apology or fix. Also impossible to get tray retrieved. Must lug heavy tray to place outside door. A lot of pluses including location. But now that I have recalled all these missteps, I should reassess my rating. lol.

Excellent location for tourist time in Hollywood area of LA. Easily walkable to the walk of fame and Chinese theater. Small attached mall with shopping and dining options. Valet parking was easy, but pricey. Nice bar with good drinks and a happy hour. Wonderful heated pool. Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Recommended.

Only 20 dollars parking at parking lot connected to Loews. No need to Valet! That’s great in LA. Clean, comfortable space. Good, expensive breakfast. Did double charge me minibar waters so I had to call after checkout, which was annoying but resolved. Recommend.
