Liked the complimentary Uber system but feel like it could use a little bit more work to make it easier and more convenient to use. Staff was really great and friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner in our room was very loud with weird noises but room was great other than that.

They have mandatory valet parking, it is expensive and inconvenient and my car had water spots from being under sprinklers it seems. Also zero sound isolation in the room, I could hear the people next door as if they were right in my room and it has freeway noise. On Sunday their free breakfast was out of hot items, but okay on week days. The staff was friendly and view from top floor restaurant is nice.

Excellent Hotel near UCLA

Cool place. Glass of wine with check-in. Great breakfast on 17th floor with a view. Easy access to UCLA and The Getty Museum. This was our second stay. We will stay again! See photos for views from room.

I was working at the Getty, so the location was very convenient. The proximity to the freeway makes the rooms very noisy 24/7. Staff was helpful about correcting problems, such as missing tumblers and toilet paper holder falling off wall.
