The location of this hotel and nearby amenities are great and we love the free shuttle to/from the Burbank Airport. We would love it the hotel extended its shuttle service to/from Universal Studios, even for a fee. Of that was the case, we would go even more.

This was our second time staying here and overall it was great. Having to pay for parking is not the best but can’t really complain. Hotel is safe and quiet. Staff is always available. This time I noticed some nasty stains on the curtains. That would be my only complaint.

I stay there often for business, but this past visit, the heat didn't work in my room the first night, although I notified management, and there was no body wash/shampoo in the shower the next day so I had to wash my hair with a bar of soap. They can do much better!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. This year they now have a cafe open from 6:00am to midnight. Not only is the food good, it's probably the most reasonably priced hotel restaurant I've been in. Elegant decor in the lobby.

I've stayed here in the past and have been happy but this time around, blow-dryer didn't work, microwave BARELY worked, bed was so uncomfortably hard and squeaky and even the water dispenser in the lobby was out of order. I had dropped something into a corner of the room and it was pretty scary. I wiped the desk with a Lysol wipe my first night and the wipe was brown
