The facility was clean and appeared to be in good condition, staff was courteous, but when asked for help on any issues, unhelpful. The first issue we encountered with the hotel, had to do with the included breakfast. Upon checking end we were informed in order to access the breakfast; we would need a ticket; I noticed that we were only eight tickets to cover the three in our party for four days. When I indicated to the desk clerk the discrepancy, she stated they only provide "Complementary Breakfast" to two occupants per room. I then showed the clerk our written reservation from Travelocity indicating "Free Breakfast" for three adults, their response was the best they could do was to ask the manager. They promised to get back to me with a decision but never did. We did eat breakfast a few times there, but the breakfast was very poor. Coffee typically was old, cold and or included grounds. Breakfast items were often cold or not replaced when consumed. Parking was adequate, but here again this service had it's problems, on evening upon returning to parking lot, the entrance was blocked with a sign stating it was full, even though we could see several empty parking spots. On the balance, considering the cost once the fees were included of nearly four hundred dollars per night, this hotel offering is very substandard. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
