From the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, our needs were met with welcoming, professional and friendly staff. Loved the little personal touches - the pre-welcome email we received two days prior to our arrival, the fresh baked treats in our room to the handwritten note of welcome - it was the highlight of our stay in Quebec. The people in front desk is great. Very dog friendly and considerate for providing the cokies for our little buddy. Car parking is bit expensive so we chose go to nearby one for the car. Overall, it's great one to stay.
