IMO, best place to stay in downtown Montreal. Besides being exceptional clean, warm and friendly, it is centrally located and an easy walk to many neighbourhoods.

Worst experience ever i have faced. I travel to different cities very often and actually i wanted to try Hyatt Palace. It was kind of on my bucket list and they are very cruel, they don't care about there customer. I visited and of course i was driving from Mississauga, Ontario to Montreal, Quebec. Hotel told me to park it anywhere at your own risk as rhey don't offer any parking space for there residents. I paid like 320 CAD for a single night and thats how bad they have been to me. No water bottles in the room. Even my door was broken. I had to push it harder to close. It really sucks. Room Number 2007. I could not even imagine paying that much for a very bad experience. A normal any 1 Star or 2 Star hotel provide parking provide good service provide good hospitality. But this Hyatt Palace, Downtown, Montreal. IT SUCKS.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was very nice to work with. Public parking and a grocery store right next to hotel is great to have. Parking lots are scarce in that section. Great experience. Would stay there again.

The room was great, clean comfortable beds and we got a spectacular view looking at Mt Royal. Location was so convenient for everything we wanted to see and shopping was walk-able. Parking is available but extra but you get it for the entire time. Also check out was at noon which was great. The breakfast buffet was 14$/ person and fantastic...such a variety. Worth the money and the coffee was great. Pool was a little cool but had it all to ourselves. Had a fantastic stay on Nov 7 to 8, 2025. We will be back for sure. Thx you!
