Pros: It had a Starbucks in the lobby. Cabs were always available out front. The doorman gave us a great restaurant recommendation.
This hotel was in a great location, close to St. Catherine street, and a short cab ride from Old Town. I chose it because it is located right across from a beautiful park. There is a Metro subway station directly below the hotel. The concierge was very helpful with directions and advice, and provided me with a map. The room was very clean and nice, with a great view of the city below our 28th floor room.

Great hotel

Location: Bell Center accessible without going outside
I always stay here when I come to Montreal. Basement leads to the Metro. Many busses and eating places close by. Tremendous friendly staff makes you feel welcome.

Best location

Pros: Location was great On top of a metro station Had a Starbucks in lobby Located on Peel Close to the 747 bus stop Comfortable bed and pillows
Cons: Room was a little old, could use an upgrade, but didn't effect my stay. Bathroom was clean and well taken care of.
Location: Best location possible
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It has a great location in Montreal, central to just about everything. I took a bus tour to Quebec City and the tour started a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful place.

Cons: Not the hotel, per se, but the construction outside. Once it's finished, it'll provide was a very nice stay.
Location: Location to Bell Centre was perfect. 3 min to get to/from the venue. Never been more grateful for the convenience. Especially not dealing w traffic.
Overall clean and comfortable with a great view (although Mo trial was a little too sleepy for my taste and everyone smokes). The hotel staff were great and I breezed through the check-in and check-out. The room was exactly as advertised and I was very happy with my stay.

Businessman's Hotel

Pros: Nothing except the 27th floor view of Montreal
Cons: It is was is....A businessman's hotel
Location: Wrong part of Downtown for fun....lucky our last night in Montreal.
When we arrived it was raining..several severe water leaks in lobby area. The room was ok, but the bathroom was extremely small with the door swinging inches from the toilet. Only two of each towel and the mirror lighting was so bright it was blinding. No refrigerator or microwave. As far as the location, there were no easy walks to restaurants or conveniences. The in-hotel amenities were geared for high corporate or foreign spenders. Only stayed one night for the extra expense of a city view of downtown Montreal. Won't ever go back to that hotel again..the Hilton Montreal Centerville has it all. Stayed there three nights and loved it!

It was PERFECT

Pros: Everything, especially the location - on the Metro line, walking distance from Old Montreal, shopping district and lots of great little restaurants
Cons: We could not have asked for more
Location: Hotel was in central downtown Montreal and within walking distance or in reach by Metro to anything a tourist or business traveler would want.
We were here for five nights on vacation - excellent centralized location right on the metro line, beautiful lobby, attentive staff, nice comfortable quiet room with a view of Mount Royal, well equipped fitness center, lovely bar for nightcaps, nice restaurant for breakfast - we could not have asked for more. Perfect!
