We had a king suite that was very roomy with a kitchen, hot tub and a gas fireplace. Overall the hotel has an old feeling. The hallways are dimly lit and the room certainly needed upgrading. The furniture was worn looking and a lot of it was scratched. We have stayed in several Embassy Suites over the years and this one did not come close in comparison to this one! Check out the Embassy Suites in Olde Town, Virginia and you will see what I mean! The staff, including the front desk, the concierge, and the breakfast crew were all excellent!

Great hotel to stay at

The location is central and easy walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean, well designed, spacious and the washroom size are great. The breakfast and happy hour drinks make the experience even better.

Great Hotel and Staff

Hotel and Staff are Amazing, only downfall was the jetted tub we so wanted to use was "under maintenace" and not communicated so sat in a big tub with no bubbles, other than that, highly recommend.

The place is great accessible in everything walkable to Notre Dame Basilica but the service of the staff is kind of poor we asked for a blanket, and extra pillows and a cover for sofa bed and it takes for them for 1 hour and a follow up call to deliver it.

Girls weekend

We were able to get an early check in and the room was large and clean. The breakfasts were great and the complimentary drinks were a bonus.

Staff at this location are all fantastic, good friendly and helpful, great options for breakfast, the hot breakfast person is great, surrounding area is walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants, had a really good stay at this hotel and location, thank you

I enjoyed our stay. Registration staff and concierge very friendly and helpful. The hotel room haf a kitchette which was helpful in saving some money on dining out. The hotel is dated and its age was showing in the condition and style of the hallway carpets and walls however it was clean. I liked the complimentary breakfast and dribks during happy hour. I would stay here again
