Difficult access from street to lobby if you have difficulties climbing stairs. Also one of two room elevators is currently out of service and the hall of the elevator is shared by Chez Boulay as are a set lobby bathrooms which creates a cross traffic issues with restaurant staff and patrons crossing the elevator waiting area. Staff was very good and location within Vieux-Québec is good.

I didn’t see that they didn’t have an elevator at the entrance when we booked They had 20 steps we had to climb with our luggage. We did get help when we checked out carrying it down. Other than that, the beds were very very comfortable and temperature in the room was very comfortable. Overall a great stay, close to a busy area with lots of restaurants. Perfect location.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was excellent from the parking attendants to the front desk to the housekeeping. A minor drawback was waiting for the one elevator in operation.

My family had a great stay! I would have given it 5 stars but one of the elevators was broken the entire time and it took a long time to get up to our room on the 5th floor or to the lobby when we needed to. Also, the hotel really should have an exit through or near the restaurant for guests to the Main Street where the shopping and restaurants are. I had lower back injury during our stay and had to exit down a flight of stairs and walk around the block every time I wanted to get out to the Main Street.
