The staff was awesome! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hotel is well-located, central to everything and near two subway stations. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean the beds were comfortable. My only critiques is the elevators were extremely slow. I waited almost 5 minutes for one. The pool is on the main floor which is a bit embarrassing to go downstairs infront of everyone in your bathing suit. I wish there were robes in the rooms.The towels at the pool were small and shabby looking and very rough on the skin. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is near many restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. The only issue was constantly having to wait in line for the elevators since one was broken. Not that big of a deal though it caused tension and drama to the guests in line.

The hotel is as basic as it gets. 1 elevator was broken during our entire stay and that ment waiting easily 10 mins for one each way. The balcony was old, with paint peeling off and not even a chair to sit out on. Quite different from the photos with a patio set.

The staff and service were very good but the facility itself is in need of repair. The wallpaper was peeling in places and one of the bed mattresses squeaked with every movement, as did the bathroom door. The room was clean but the room was just dingy overall. Also, we ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered in a paper bag, all in cardboard, instead of normal trolley delivery. A finally letdown with the facility was the lifts. We waited for over fifteen minutes for a lift and ended up carrying our bags down four flights—not an easy feat with the amount of luggage we had. Other guests were doing the same, even though the lifts were apparently working for some floors. The location was great and the staff did their best but a little investment is needed in updates for this hotel to be rated as a four star.

Stayed in room 503 october 3 - october 5. Hotel was good but my daugther woke up with some nasty bites on her back. We went to a medical clinic, they excluded mosquito bites but couldnt confirm bed bugs, fleas or spider bites and recommended more tests. Its been 5 days and her bite marks are as they were. When we contacted Marriott the only reaponse we got is they had done tests in the room and found nothing. They have not provided any report, whos done testing, when were they conducted, if that was first complain re this room etc. It's ridiculous, completely unprofessional. Wish we could contact some government institution in quebec but dont know who.
