Hot water took 10-15 minute to get warm, our bathroom was falling apart, the price was too high to be woken up by construction every day at 6 am, the carpet smelled very bad in the room, the room was not clean (dirt and spots all over the lamps and tables) bathroom in the lobby was never clean only thing was staff was very nice and helpful and it was a good location

Location is good.

Hotel offers full set of cookware to cook. Environment is very clean and tidy. The location is close to the METRO and VIA railway station. Very convenience and we will visit again thank you

Perfect location

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Bell Centre and on a street with many restaurants. Our only complaint was that it appears tired and in need of renovations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were happy for the complementary breakfast.
