Everything was great at the Hilton. Staff were helpful and friendly. Amenities were excellent, we especially enjoyed the pool and gym area.

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel and customer service were decent. Great location for the jazz festival. Cons: Poor lighting in the rooms made getting ready/applying makeup a challenge. The parking garage requires a skilled and confident driver with the steep inclines and tight spaces. The parking fee is advertised as $36.50, but there is an approximate $6 tax daily. The restaurant is not open between 11am and 5pm on weekdays (Monday).

The parking, and meals were not included in the package which I was under the impression that they were. Did not like the bed, it was uncomfortable and lastly the channels on the tv only had about 7 english channels & 4 were news channels.
