Very nice hotel, the check in/out were super easy and the place is very well situated. We parked at a SPAQ parking close by, and it was easy to get to the hotel.

There was an issue with our Expedia booking, but the staff handled it with grace and friendless, giving us a really great option in their ‘sister hotel’ (Hotel 71) right beside. Throughout our stay, all staff knew about the issue and checked in with us regularly. It was also one of the few hotels that actually clean the room each day. Thank you to the staff! They made our stay very memorable.

We arrived to our hotel in terrible weather and we're a bit concerned about the parking situation but the valet service made things easy for us and Pierre-Antoine was exceptional in unpacking our car and getting us setup in our room. Our room was ready in advance and I was able to temporarily store my triathlon bike on the main floor while we got organized. Unfortunately we didn't plan making meal reservations in advance (a must in this touristry area) but once again Pierre-Antoine was able to help us out by squeezing us in to eat at the restaurant associated with the hotel - Il Matto. The meal was delicious and they were able to accommodate my gluten free diet as well! The beds were very comfortable and we were very impressed with how quiet everything was so we could sleep well. We didn't partake in the breakfast bar but the options looked good and had we stayed longer we probably would have tried it out. We would definitely consider coming back and staying at this location again when visiting Quebec City!
