Hotel is charming and made our Christmas market experience complete. Staff were welcoming & professional. Our room was a warm inviting retreat after cold days in the outdoors. Everything was in an easy walk from hotels old Quebec City location. We loved this place and will plan a return visit for sure!!!

Very nice accommodations and helpful staff. The location is great. We would definitely stay there again, but would have to find out how to operate the shower. Two of us could not figure out how to adjust temperature. We were only there one night and had to catch a flight.
