The pool was unique and the staff when we booked was great. Outside of those 2 things, there was nothing good about this stay. We have 2 children (10 & 6) and they put us directly across from a wedding reception. It’s 10:30pm and trying to sleep as we have to be up early but the noise and bass is too loud. It is shaking our room (I have a video). The front desk staff said they can’t do anything about the noise because there is a contract with the wedding party. I completely understand a wedding reception will be loud, but then maybe have the wedding guests who are staying the night, be grouped together near the reception. Our room has mouse droppings (I have a picture). We had a centipede crawling on the bathroom floor. There are tiny bugs walking along the floor. The lifeguards at the pool were useless for asking patrons to follow the rules (no jumping, no children under 18 in the spa area, no alcohol in the pool area. For our first night, we told the lifeguard and she actually did something about the alcohol in the pool area, minors in the adult section and no diving but only after we brought it up. Our second night, the lifeguard had ear buds on and was watching his phone. He did nothing when I brought up to him the jumping into the pool. I wish I could say “you get what you pay for” but for over 250/night, this was a complete ripoff. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The pictures on the site are not accurate.

Lobby area and pool area have been extensively renovated and are in top condition for a hotel in this price range. The room was clean, but had been given bare minimum of repairs and renovations. Room definitely showing its age and in need of a gut and update. (Standard 2 queen) Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value

This property is close to downtown area, but stay at the property not so great. The rooms aren't as clean, especially bathrooms. The bed as we got there one of the bedsheets Weren't clean enough. Looked like some sat on the bed ate and wipe their hands. Rooms AC isn't working well and looks like it haven't been clean. The pool area is nice but so small. Parking is always full if you come late no luck of fiding a spot. I wouldn't recommend it. I had 5 day stay and checked out after two days couldn't stay any longer.

Pool area is great, facilities ok.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was dated and beds weren’t great. The pool area was fantastic with Nordic spa options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is limited onsite. If you come later in the evening you may not find a spot. The front desk showed us a place along the front lane where we could park.

Very noisy. Always people coming from pool at 10pm, yelling, hanging out in hallways. If wanting a peaceful stay, this is not the place. Especially don't take rooms beside the pool.

boston pizza great staff great but room 207 the beds were the worst things ever i rent alot of hotel rooms first time in my life ive seen beds this hard i could of slept better on the pavement outside the sheets were just layin on the bed the door for outside was screwed shut the batteries were missing in the remote for tv me an my 2 kids were not enjoying this stay at the hotel sadly
