We spent 1 night there in January. There was 5 of us and the apartment was big enough and comfortable. Best feature is location. It is 2 blocks away from St-Jean landmark street and very walkable distance from castle and Petit Champlain. Good value for money.

Great little apartment within walking distance of all attractions and the grocery store. Good kitchen meant self catering very easy. A great place to stay.

Compact but comfortable

The apartment is in a quiet area not too far from the station but close to the shops and restaurants on Rue Saint Jean and within easy walking distance of the main places of interest in the Old Town. The apartment was clean and generally well equipped (although a kettle would have been helpful) and while not particularly spacious was of adequate size and the bed was comfortable. There was no lift in the building – not a problem as we didn’t have particularly heavy luggage. There didn’t appear to be any staff present during the time we were there and check in was done remotely, which in practice worked fine, but fortunately we didn’t have any issues that needed action by staff.

Exceptionally clean, impressive array of kitchen items, reasonably good WiFi, good sound proofing. Room was smaller than we expected. Not much space to store belongings (luggage, outerwear, food) and a tiny table that barely works for 2 people to have coffee, but definitely not share a meal. Parking spaces are inconvenient. If you don't get 1 of the 2 spaces in front, you're stuck with 1 of the 3 small spaces (don't bring a pickup) in back and guests can not use the back/side door so it's about a 2 min. walk from your car. We were grateful to have the spot, but wished the side door was usable. The back parking area is a little scary and we encountered a person digging in the dumpster next to the parking area and flinging trash items they didn't want into the parking spots, which made us worry about our car, but everything was ok. We liked not having to check in at a front desk upon arrival.

Great Old Quebec accommodation

Great location for Old Quebec exploring. Modern hotel with simple small rooms with all you need. Can be a bit noisey with the ceilings being thin and wooden floors, so you can hear people walking around their room. No staff on site, but wasnt an issue for us. Also no secure bag storage due to no staff on site.

Great place to stay near Old Quebec City.

Went to Quebec City for a few days for a leisure trip. This is a perfect location near Old Quebec City. Room was a good price as well. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was great. There is no one on site, however it was extremely easy to communicate with the staff. If you like a nice room, and don't need all the bells and whistles of staff catering to you ie carrying your bags, room service etc, this is a place for you. I would definately stay here again.

cozy and great location

It was fantastic. My whole family was so happy with the location, the comfort and spaciousness of the hotel. (The ONLY not perfect thing was how the pull out couches were noisy and uncomfortable, but that is minor compared to how great everything else was.) The hotel even had games to use, & streaming to watch from when we came back to the room to chill for a moment. We would def stay here again and highly recommend. The woman i spoke with before our stay (megan) was extremely helpful and gave us great tips for parking. We parked at a garage a short walk away and it was very cheap.

This is an amazing property - close to everything you'd want to see and experience in Quebec. It combines the Old World charm of the building with exposed stone and brick work with modern amenities and comfort. We will definitely stay at this property again!
