The location of the property is perfect. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was close and reasonable.
But the photos of the rooms on Expedia, or at least the room we stayed, in are incredibly misleading and not even close to a reasonable representation of what you are paying for. The photos on Expedia show nicely renovated rooms in excellent condition. Nothing could be further from reality. The dust caked on the bathroom fan was disgusting. And the fan itself was so loud that it couldn't be left on. The heater in the bathroom next to the toilet was filthy and covered in rust. I will let you use your imagination as to why. The shower had rust and disgusting caulking. The hair dryer didn't work. The laminate flooring throughout was buckled, like it had been flooded several years ago and never repaired. There was 1 accessible plug in the room. The walls are a dark grey, making the entire room feel very unappealing.
I was expecting a small room. But one in this condition? Not at all. Look at my photos and look at the photos on Expedia and see for yourself. A real shame, because the location is great.
