Absolutely amazing resort! The staff, food, entertainment, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. This is a true 5-star experience, and we will definitely be back. We’ve stayed at dozens of all-inclusive resorts over the years, and nothing compares to the level of excellence and service that JOIA by Iberostar provides. After staying here, every other resort feels like a step down. Thank you to the incredible staff for making this an unforgettable vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Iberostar JOIA! The food was excellent, the views were absolutely beautiful, and every single employee we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Lenin at the pool—he was an absolute superstar. He was always quick to help, attentive, and genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve ever met at a resort. He made our days by the pool even better and truly went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, first-class vacation!

Food was great , been to mulitple resorts in cancun and the food was just ok, so it was a pleasant surprise the restaurants and buffet were great. Room was clean , staff friendly- except staff at the smokehouse restaurant ( rude )steer clear of that one but its off the adults only property. The sargasm ( sea weed ) was terrible when we got there but the staff worked tirelessly to get it cleaned up within couple days would have never known there was 2ft of sea weed on the beach where couldnt get into water. Overall great resort.

This was our first experience not only in Mexico, but at an all inclusive resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was exceptionally clean, even as there were some repairs being made to drywall areas in the hallway. You could tell the employees took great pride in their jobs. The pools were clean and the staff around them were very professional. We truly had an exciting and very relaxing time at the resort, and do look forward to returning.
