This is a time share all inclusive deal, if you do not buy anything from them, they start treating you like crap, at the beginning they make you feel like you are a king, bring you drinks, and chairs and everything else.
Everywhere you go, all the poor employees complain about the poor management and the bad treatment that they received from this Huge company. I know is always 2 dides of the storym but after we refuse to buy their "deal" we were nobody there. Amenities are ok, but they have sections exclusives for adults, why? who knows but they are so close to eachother that it makes you feel that you have a pee section in a pool.
Food is good but you must have reservations for the other restaurants that you need to call and call to make them until you give up. They do have a nice beach area, but that is what Cancun offers after all. No need to be in this Huge place feeling so out of place because you don't buy their deals.
The pools are open until 8pm but good luck trying to find a dry towel services, lights along the pool or drinks, forget it!. Even the employees are cleaning with a head lamp, why? I do not understand. We will not stay again in a place like this for sure.
