Love to stay there again

It was a wonderful place to stay. We feel safe and the staff were very nice. It was quite and next two big resorts. We stayed there five days and use the kitchen to cook our food.

The property is really nice and modern. There is a very convenient 711 across the street. Itā€™s close to the main road (307). You canā€™t get lost. I also enjoyed the onsite parking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The only thing I didnā€™t like was the limited amount of hot water available when taking a shower. The hot water lasts about 2 minutes then itā€™s a cold shower. They must have small water heaters. But itā€™s a minor inconvenience. The elevator was operational while we were there.

This place was perfect for our plans, it is very spacious, clean and with all services. Very close to the main high way though far enough to be a quiet and nice place, there are few small shops and restaurants in the area for a quick snack, dinner, drinks, coffee and even a pharmacy. Few things that could be improved: - we came late and had to wait over 20 mins at the reception for someone to come and do the check in. - when we left, we were told they will check the room to give the ok, first time i am told when leaving a hotel, though i understand, it would have been nicer to ask first how was the stay and how we liked it or even to say hi instead, it was a weird feeling. The person later explained this is a regular practice. I would suggest the personnel is trained to explained this when people are checking in instead, to add, it will not hurt to ask the guest how was the stayed as they leave, prior to drop the "we will check the room first". Overall we liked the place and we would definitively stay again and recommend it.

The property is nice and in a good location, but it needs better maintenance. The elevator is out of service and the hotel was not accessible. we were traveling with an elderly woman and being here was difficult for her. The sheets were ill fitted for the beds, they were too small.

Very nice hotel, cleanliness, friendliness and location were great for price. Quiet location but easily accessible to dining, beach and shopping. The only complaint would be that the elevator was out of order when we were there but they explained the part they were needing would take a month to come in from Mexico City, also their hot water ran out quickly. Loved being able to wash and dry my clothes with the available washer/dryer machine in the room. Room size was large, very clean and housekeeping did excellent job cleaning when we requested it to be done. Would recommend to my friends and family, we felt safe and comfortable with the surroundings, good tacos just around the corner, having the 7eleven on the corner was very convenient. Would gladly return!

Had a great stay, the staff were helpful and kind and the place was clean and quiet. Great place for families, and those looking for a quiet place to stay away from the loud busy downtown playa del Carmen. There is a beach not far down the road too, and the pool is nice.

Heaven Hotel was perfect for a nightā€™s stay before the airport. It was clean, comfortable, BIG, had a pool, and could park right below the room. It also felt very safe and was in a quiet area.

When we arrived at the front desk the young lady was very friendly and has good customer services. The rooms are very nice and walkable to restaurants and 7 eleven cross the street.
