Our experience with Generations was the most amazing one I could've ever dreamed of. My kids and I enjoyed mostly the pool, the swim out setting. The food was outstanding, the service so friendly and really impeccable. I was able to practice my Spanish with everybody. We were pampered like we were celebrities! Everything will be in our dear memories forever. A big highlight was also Lomas transportation and their service. Thank you for giving me and my kids a dreamy experience! I highly recommend Generations Riviera Maya to any family! Hasta la próxima, amigos!

Clean room (except bathroom ceiling peeling)|staff was friendly, but it was sometimes difficult to communicate due to language barrier (I’m brushing up on my Spanish). Outdoor areas nice and clean. The resort felt very safe and was not crowded at all. The resort included airport transportation and check into the resort was easy. We were able to visit the Nickelodeon Aqua park, which was fun. The only downside was the unorganized transportation back to Generations from Nickelodeon. Food was decent but limited. The resort offers off-resort restaurants but most are adult only. Overall we had a good time, the trip was for 7 year olds spring break, and he had a blast so that’s the important part.

Communication was not good, we did not know how to access the water park and when we tried to access it we learned it had to be booked the day before. We were not able to use the water park due to that. We struggled with the restaurant options, not enough kid options. Jade restaurant was the best of our experience. They went out of their way to give good service and was very accommodating. Overall, the place was beautiful and clean.
