The hotel is fantastic. Staff were great, my room was awesome, many things are only steps away, however, that’s one downside. There were a couple nightclubs very very close by that insisted on playing LOUD music until 4am on occasions. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, I would just be cautious which room you have and which direction it faces, and make sure to bring ear plugs.

It was my second stay with you. Your front desk staff are, consistently, not very nice. However, Pablo, the bellman, has consistently been one of the best employees I have ever seen anywhere! If you want to make your best impression, you should elevate Pablo to work the front desk and demote the late night staff who give your customers poor service.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The 1 bedroom apartment looked exactly like what was promised and was immaculate and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We requested a room change because we were facing an active construction site and they moved us to a room on the other side of the hotel, which was quieter and more functional for us. This was a workcation trip and we had no issues with internet or a/c. You should know, however, that although there is a functional kitchen and laundry, there is no coffee/tea or laundry or dishwashing detergent. We walked to the nearby Soriana and got everything we needed, but if we were only staying for a couple days, this might have been inconvenient. The rooftop pool is beautiful and we would gladly stay there again. Lots of food and shopping options within a few blocks!

Beautiful property with rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. Room was clean and with a/c. Great location, lots of restaurants and cafes, block away to Quinta Ave, and walking distance to Plaza beach. Downside: you can hear the nightlife/music and noise from construction across the street. But it wasn't enough to disturb my 8 yr old.

Me gustó mucho lo centralizado que está, teniamos todo cerca, la mayoria de las veces fuimos a pies (restaurantes, fast food, la plaza, el mall, el area turistica, walmart, la playa) Las facilidades estan super comodas, la cama, el baño las almohadas, siempre super limpio y me sentí segura. I liked that it was near everything, clean rooms and pretty decor. I didn't like that there is a lounge/restaurant right next to it that plays music extremely loud from Friday-Monday making it hard to get a good sleep.

This hotel is the first in four vacations i can honestly say i got more then i expected. The room was immaculate. Complete with a hot tub, balcony, and roominess. The staff was first rate and felt familiar by just a day or two. The rooftop pool was first rate and the bartender would come from the first floor to ask if anyone needed anything. The music from the club was loud at night, but it really didnt bother me. I would gladly stay again as its close to fifth ave and the ferry to cazumel.
