The staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was tidy and well kept. When there was an issue, it was addressed very quickly; like when our air-conditioner stopped functioning. The pool facilities up on the rooftop were wonderful. What a great view from up there! The only 2 small issues were that the music really pounds away at night in the town, but that's not something Antera has any control over. The other small issue was that there were a couple afternoons where we could smell "sewage" in our bathroom. Must have been some sort of plumbing issue. Overall, highly recommended!

We are a family of three and stayed at the family apartment. The room is very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. We particularly like the size of the apartment. It is also a very convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay.

Antera is a very nice property. The staff is warm and welcoming. But the amount of noise in the surrounding area is excessive. There is a night club literally next door. They stop around 2-3 am. The construction across the street starts at 8 am and is loud. If your into night life this place will be fine after construction is complete. But If you go to bed early don’t bother with this place. I asked the staff to place me in a quieter room. He said “we can do that, but all the rooms are noisy”. I feel like this is something they should share with guests…

Booked a 2 night stay, the room, bed,pillows and sheets were clean, no issues with the room. The biggest complaint I had was the blazing noise from the corner club that played till 4am. I had to check out that morning, asked for a refund for the unused night, the manager offered me either free breakfast, move to another room or construction grade earplugs which I declined to all. Reached out to Expedia for assistance yet still hotel refused to refund.

Very nice hotel and room (it was a family appartment). It was exactly like the photos or even nicer. Comfortable beds, a lot of space, 3 bathrooms (2 showers), fridge, laundrt machine, great view to the city. 1 block from 5ta avenue. Very nice pool on the roof. 2 blocks from the beach. 5 blocks from ADO and maybe 10 to the public transportation. It was a great stay. It is very noisy outside. Every day all night very loud music. We didnt mind at all, but that seems to be the way it is if you stay in any hotel close to the 5th avenue, not a problem of this hotel. I think it was a great cost/quality choice. I am very happy with my stay.

This property was great during the day but at night it was so noisy. The place was clean, good staff and great beds. But this place was situated between 2 dicos which blared music unti 2 am on weekdays and 4am on weekends. So loud that sleep was hard. Its too bad because it if not for the noise i would stay there again.

Great stay for people who like to be independent!

Our stay was amazing! Weather great. Small hotel, comfortable and clean. Position excellent, a few minutes from the sea and Fifth Avenue. Opposite Chabad, and near kosher restaurants, which was important to us. The only big negative is the noise at night, which starts at 10pm and goes on until 3am!!!

This is in a great location. The bar is is really fun to sit in and bartender is great. Our bed was comfortable and room was clean. My main feedback is that the property could be a bit more updated than the pictures show. The pool was a bit dated and not quite what we were expecting. It was so close to the beach, though, that we swam in the ocean instead!

Hotel was very nice, however, being so close to the heart of the shopping district, our hotel room was directly next to several clubs that played extremely loud misic until about 3am in the morning. Great place if you want to party, not great if you want to sleep.

Great hotel but depending on which way you face (main drag - 5th Avenue) bars play loud music until 3:00 in the morning. For our second week we were switched to an apartment facing north - MUCH better. Wonderful helpful staff, very accommodating.

The property itself is beautiful! We stayed in the 2 storey loft family suite with rooftop jacuzzi. The place had everything, towels, hair dryer, dishes etc but it didn’t have any dish soap or detergent. The location is perfect! A 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of restaurant options around the area. The ONLY complaint we had was the extremely loud music coming from neighbouring clubs/bars that went until about 4-6am every single night. So if you plan on staying here just make sure you bring some ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.
