"The room was very clean even though I had to wash and then spray Lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the room. Housekeeping should take care of this as part of their cleaning the room routine. The water pressure in the shower was weak but the water pressure from the sink and toilet was fine. The front desk staff was not friendly and contested me when I asked a simple question about the incidental charges. It might be a culture thing as she sees I am from NY/NJ and the southern hospitality went out the window. Management should make sure the front desk staff should be friendly, courteous and kind and greet their guests especially in the hospitality business and if you want repeat business. I checked out with the same front desk staff person and she had the same attitude and she didn't want to bother with me. Everyone else from staff were friendly, courteous and greeting us. Beach view is fine as the hotel is located right on the beach and convenient location to everything else. We didn't use the hot tub but there is an outdoor pool right on site which is convenient and it was being used by a lot of the guests and their kids."
