Even though it’s an older hotel, it’s still nice except it needs maintenance and repairs of somethings. Our room, the bathroom fan turns on with the lights and is so loud, sounds like a plan taking off. The worst part of the stay was it was really stuffy, so we needed to run the cooling unit. It was so loud, we couldn’t sleep at all. Also, the windows are old so you hear all the traffic and people coming and going including their horns when they lock their vehicles. When I told the front counter, all we got was sorry to hear about that. I’m guessing they hear this a lot and don’t care. Sad to see a Ramada in that condition. Also, shower/tubs are old and the tubs are very shallow and the shower nozzle is low on the wall, if you’re 6ft plus, it’s hard to wash your face and hair.

In the pictures it shows the restaurant connecting to the hotel was a family restaurant replaced with a pub restaurant, that does not appear as family friendly. This was slightly disappointing

Excellent Staff, and the facilities very clean with nice accruements throughout. We originally booked a mobility room, and the hotel asked if we could change our room at no additional charge. The room was what would call a business superior room, as it was quite large and had wonderful raised ceilings. (The hotel actually said it was a business suite). Regardless it was very comfortable. We liked it so much we decided to stay one more day after my spouses medical procedure. Would have liked a microwave just for convenience, but a minor issue. Thankyou Ramada staff, you maintain a very nice hotel.

The stay was OK. The room was quiet and comfortable but could have been cleaner. Upholstery and floors looking shabby. The closet door was broken and the entry door closer was loose. It's obvious that rooms reserved for online bookings are relegated to the rear of the property away from the hotel amenities like pool, bar, lounge etc.

Pool was locked after a certain point and we needed to get staff to let us in. This was inconvenient, but the staff were attentive. This hotel also had horrible sound proofing. We heard the person above us walking around constantly throughout the day and evening. The elevator was a bit sketchy, but we had no issues with it.

Your bathtub situation is very unsafe for old, tottery seniors. Need grab bars outside and inside tub and larger grip mats at the very least. Would be better to offer rooms with walk-in showers only.

There was no hot water in the building. Didn't find out tell went to shower at 10 at night after trying to use the hot tub which had room temperature water. After telling the staff get sent to other rooms to check if they had hot water which they did not. Was then moved to a different building that had a different water system.

Rooms are pretty dated and could use upgrading. The cleaning staff did a good job but the carpets and furniture are just very old so its impossible to get nice and clean. There was a homeless camp set up in the parking lot and we found a large amount of someone else's belongings in the furniture (blanket, boots, socks, gloves and garbage). If this place got a Reno it would be fantastic. Great layouts for the rooms and a perfect location, central to everything. First time we stayed was pretty good, second time we got the ick.
