Fabulous location
Fabulous location. Six restaurants within the block: Thai Mint, Lebanon’s, Cafetomas, Bourree, Boucherie, and our favorite, Panchita de Veracruz (best enchiladas we’ve ever had). Five minutes from Tulane University. Steps to the streetcar, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. House was clean, bed was super comfy, and the shower was sublime (nice and hot with great water pressure!). We were there two weeks, so enjoyed the full-size stove and fridge, and the in-unit washer and dryer. Internet connectivity was challenging at times, and the microwave wasn’t working (we asked them to address this after our departure, as we work remotely). Nice sofa and chairs in the living room, and the desk at the window was much appreciated.

Clean, relaxing, and convenient location
Me and my best friend truly enjoyed our stay at this property, everything was very nice. The decor and artwork make the home very cozy. If you need to catch a streetcar, all you have to do is walk to the corner! We would stay in this property again next time we visit NOLA! Thanks for an awesome stay, in a home as beautiful as a Kashmir Sapphire!

Great property, excellent location
This is a terrific property, well located near Tulane. It is on a quiet street 1/2 block off Carrollton, with no noise from Carrollton. The house is across the street from the outstanding Boucherie restaurant, and a minute walk from four other restaurants on Carrollton, including an outdoor BBQ joint with evening music on the front patio. The house is spotlessly clean, high ceilings, with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. New, lovely updated furniture. There is an enclosed back patio with a table and chairs. Highly recommend.
