This adorable Creole cottage in the heart of the New Orleans Lower Garden District is just a two blocks from Magazine Street shopping and restaurants, and a short, scenic walk down streets lined with historic mansions to the St Charles Avenue Streetcar. This location is also within walking distance to other landmarks and attractions such as Lafayette Cemetery No. 1, Commander’s Palace, St. Patrick’s Day parades, Convention Center. Surround by great Resturant’s like Turkey in the Wolf , Deannies Seafood , District Donuts . And so many more .

The house has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The first guest room offers a California king-sized bed, mini refrigerator, infrared sauna, and a ceiling fan. The second guest room has one queen-sized bed, and two twin beds. Each guest room has it’s own air conditioner. Guests will also enjoy use of the full-sized kitchen and living room, as well as the shared courtyard patio which has a garden, blue deck, and gold fish and koi pond. Absolutely no smoking on premises please .
