The Hotel was nice and clean. As for my room, the TV and phone didn't work, maintenance was able to fix the TV on day 2, the shower was overflowing into the entire bathroom, we requested towels everyday in order to clean up the water from the bathroom floor.

The staff was great, the room was clean, even check in/ out was smooth but the air was not working in our room. It was very stuffy and by it being Mardi Gras Monday & Tuesday we couldn’t move into another room. I have terrible allergies/ sinus issues so without that air I definitely suffered at night and in between naps.

The staff was very cordial and polite. The room didn’t have a tub and I forgot to ask if they had those accommodations. The mattresses in our room were worn on the inner sides and it wasn’t pleasant to sleep on. Location is good. It was very loud noises from other guests in the hall our last night. I was too sleepy to call for security.
