Visited for work and stayed here. The Rooms were dirty, and A bit raggedy. One of the elevators did not work. Flooring was coming up in both rooms that were presented to me. Others in my party rooms smelled like piss. Valet takes extremely long and not worth the hefty fee.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The Trolley cars access are near the hotel and there are restaurants close to the hotel for dining options.

While at my stay, the keypads on the room doors were not working with guest keys. Having to rely on staff to let us in the room was super inconvenient. The hotel was busy with people checking in and needing to be let in and there was not enough staff to help, to no fault of their own. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room and lounge area clean. It doesn’t really offer a restaurant and the 6th floor outdoor terrace was a wreck old furniture and not set up for use. The staff was helpful and nice. The elevator was broken in the lobby and we had a long walk around to get to our rooms with a cart because of stairs. Nice for a short stay
