APA hotel used to provide bottled water but not anymore. Also I forgot the members card so check out was at 10am. Other then that it was ok. I wish the pool on the roof was open year round or they should used that space for something else if it's not open all the time. Staff was helpful.

Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation.

The man chased my 8yo out of the restaurant after she attempted to get an orange juice in a to go cup. Not cool dude. The front desk staff also were quite passive aggressive and unhelpful. "
