All the staffs were amazing! The hotel is beautiful, elevators spacious and rooms are really sound proof. Special thanks to all the team that made our stay very enjoyable and to the GM (Masaki K.). Please keep up the excellent job you are doing. The hotel has free shuttles to the Shin Urayasu train station and shopping Centre. Also, there are free bus rides to strategic locations in Tokyo, like the train station, Tokyo Tree etc. This property is very well maintained and the reception is very spacious. Many staff here speak fluent English thereby making communication very easy. All the staff went over and above. I would certainly be staying here when next I am in Tokyo Bay.

We stayed here our final two nights in Japan. The staff were amazing and so kind and helpful. They have a shuttle to both Disney parks and Shin Urayasu station. There is also the option to book limousine bus service to the airports. Very happy with this hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable. I am glad that the hotel offer free one way shuttle service to some main attractions in Tokyo. All you have to do is reserve two days prior. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland / DisneySea and to the closest train station (Shin-Urayasu station). I would like to thank you Norihiro Takenoshita (bell staff) for an excellent service. He was patient, understanding, and dedicated.

Fabulous experience

The service, cleanliness, and comfort are impeccable and we ate at the Sushi restaurant….INCREDIBLE experience. Loved everything including how easy they make it to go to Disney and the train station. Don’t screw up like we did and get tangled in the trains, they have airport shuttles.

Wonderful stay

The hotel was amazing and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food at the hotel was very good, our rooms were very comfortable and they provided everything we needed for our stay such as toothbrushes, PJs dressing gowns. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of food items. is Our stay in Tokyo was made better because of the services provided by the hotel - free bus services to the local bus stop and into Tokyo centre. Throughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend.

Staff is amazing. I love this place and I end up extending my stay. Place very clean and they are always very happy to help. The only thing was the location. They had transportation to Disney (very close) and Tokyo station (about an hour) which helped a lot. The closest station was 30min walking. Overall amazing experience here.

Planning for our future stay here at Hyatt Tokyo Bay. Staffs are amazingly helpful with everything. Our stay was great.
