If you are only going to DisneySea or Disneyland, the shuttle bus is definitely convenient to get around. However, if you want to get to their subway or railway, you can still take the shuttle or bus, but you have to wait. Its not conveniently located near your hotel. Thankfully its safe to walk at night but in previous hotels, it was right in front of our hotels. The buffet had a great selection and the room was very clean and spacious enough. The service was excellent and they were kind and helpful. I was very happy to find out there was a washer and dryer on each floor, so I was able to wash some clothes since our tripnwas coming to an end. There is also a shuttle to the airport, which is very convenient. Everything was great, just the metro was pretty far.

Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay!

The breakfast was amazing! Delicious, hot and plenty of variety. The staff were very professional and friendly. They carried our bags to our room and to the airport limousine bus. They even made sure we got on the right bus to the airport.
