Very convenient location. Hotel was great in every way.. EXCEPT - the no air conditioning in March thing some hotels do. I guess I could have looked into it more, but our other hotels had no problem. Had to leave the balcony open all night to get it cooled off.

Family trip

Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside with plenty of facilities including restaurants, pool, laundry services and a Disney store. Free buses outside hotel to Maihama train/bus station or to the Disney shuttle station which is also just 5 minutes walk which takes you to Disneyland or DisneySea entrances and not that expensive. Rooms were big with a four beds for each of us two adults and two children and lots of amenities. View of water from balcony was lovely. It was a lovely hotel to come back to after a busy day at parks and kids were so sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again.

Good location - room was musty

This was our 2nd stay with them - we opted for a superior room vs a deluxe this time. The room itself was still nice - but it smelled quite musty. The hotel looks quite dates in some areas. Overall the hotel is still nice and a great location for Tokyo Disney.

A nic hotel with he most amazing lobby area but plain smallish rooms with dated bathrooms . Dining options were very poor and restaurants and bar were closed by 10pm leaving nothing to do Staff and service were excellent

Really loved our stay at this hotel! The lobby was so beautiful & also with a Disney store. Our rooms were big & clean & very pleasant. But as with all japan rooms, beds are on the harder side. Walkable to Bayside station.

Nice hotel with great water view with balcony. Clean and quiet rooms, beds were comfortable. Nice staff. Hotel close within walking distance to Disney loop tram. You can access the trains to the city from the nearby Disney tram.
