The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

I love the welcome area, the breakfast buffet, the shuttle to Disney, Lawson Convenience store, the proximity to a shopping mall and dining options and they even provided a wheelchair for my mom. We even had the honor of seeing a wedding. Love this hotel!!!

Great location for Dysney, and next to train for easy travelling around, very close to shops and everything you need, good family hotel, most amazing breakfast, and candy bar! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time we are back in Tokyo.

It’s honestly more convenient than staying at the Disney resort, with a wide range of shopping, dining, and transportation options at Shin-Urayasu Station right next to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly. For days that we went to the Tokyo Disney Resort area, the shuttle to and from the parks were convenient and always punctual.
