The location to the park was great, the hotel has shuttle to the station so it was really good. The room was big for our family of 4 but it was old and smelled damp. The hotel is large and has many activities, but you have to pay for all of them including the pools and the onsen which I honestly thought was a bit silly, that was the reason why I chose the hotel and surprise, I had to pay. Breakfast was good and a lot of options.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to an ocean facing room. Our room was comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. The hotel public areas such as the lobby were large and comfortable however the décor was outdated. Our primary complaint about the hotel is the outrageous cost and process to access the Garden Pool. Having to book the day prior does not allow for peoples change of plans or change of heart. The cost of a 3-hour session in the pool for my family was more than the cost of two day passes into Tokyo Disney. We arrived at the hotel the afternoon of 2 July. The pool was empty. There were four lifeguards just standing around the pool. As our stay was during the height of summer, a swim in the cool pool would have been lovely, however the booking process and cost prevented us from doing so. I cannot recommend this hotel in the Summer because of this.

My issues with the property was the price on dinners and to use the pool. They charged us $50 per person to use the pool which is advertised with the property. The restaurants were also very expensive compared to other restaurants around Tokyo.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO USE THE POOL. Could not believe when we turned up that in was 5000 yen ($50) per person to swim in the outside pool for 3 hours. If you are going to use a photo of the pool as your main attraction of the hotel, and not put in details of the extra charges when booking THEN DO NOT USE THOSE PHOTOGRAPHS. We also spoke to pool reception and the manager of the hotel and only got very poor and insincere ‘apologies’. If you are going to include the pool in your listing, INCLUDE IT IN THE COST OF THE NIGHT STAY. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE HERE.

Highly recommend. It’s across Disney. The monorail is literally across and it takes you to both parks and to train stations. It has a total of 3 stops. It’s very convenient and very straightforward. The rooms were big, we had a nice view. They service our room daily and gave us toothbrushes,hair brush, toothpaste,face cleaners daily which I loved.

Great spot if you're looking to visit Disneyland but a long distance from Tokyo city, Uber cost $160AUD round trip to the city so not ideal. Aside from this the hotel is really good and highly recommended for anyone just interested in Disneyland visits
