Staff was experienced and kind. No language barrier issues (English-speaking). Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Very easy to access to the monorail for Disney. Clean rooms.

The lobby area is stunning and well kept. The breakfast buffet was good but very very expensive (£20 per person per day). The buses to the station and Bayside are handy and frequent which is excellent. The biggest area this hotel lets down is the condition of the bedrooms. We were on floor 11 in an apparently higher class room but the deco is very aged and old in both style and condition. Paintwork is chipped and wallpaper ripped or stained, especially in the bathroom. The fridge is too small to hold anything more than 2 bottles of water. There is no storage for clothing, no drawers. Carpets in the corridor were old and stained.

Staff was very accommodating. The front door people were very helpful with questions about using the taxi services. I would suggest that you make it very clear, both on the hotel website and when booking your stay, that you do not offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel

We are a family of 6, i highly recommend to any large family likes our to enjoy their stay with Sheraton. We used the shuttle bus to get to Maihama which has all one would need. Also 5min walk to Bayside Station to get yourself to Disneyland and Disney Sea. All staff here were lovely and accommodating

Very disappointing stay at a Sheraton hotel chain. The rooms are extremely outdated, there was mold in the showers. Also mold on the roof where the pool is and black filth around the pools edge. I expected much more for a Sheraton hotel. Especially for the price we paid. This hotel is not worth it.

Loved this was close to Disney Sea and all kinds of shopping and food choices. This hotel is comfortable beds, pillows, and the service is outstanding. The only reason I gave an average condition is the decor is a bit dated but does not take away from the comfort of our stay. Would definitely return.

Disney Magic

I was very impressed with my stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay and hope to visit again in the near future! I had a jam-packed trip so I didn’t get to use or experience many of the hotel facilities, however my room and comfort was exceptional. My view of the park was breathtaking and everything was very straightforward and easy in terms of check in/out. I made use of the 2F luggage storage on my first day as I arrived several hours before check in. There was a variety of food options available at the hotel across several restaurants, as well as convenience stores in the lobby area. I also made daily use of the complimentary shuttle bus to/from Maihama station and the Resort Monorail station. I was initially torn between the Hilton and Sheraton, but I am very happy that I chose the Sheraton. - ASH

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

A very close to Disneyland. The hotel is very beautiful with wonderful views. Easy transportation to Disneyland / Disneysea. Good foods, good service.
