Love a Hilton! Great location to both Disney parks. I emailed the property prior to arrival and asked for best transportation options from the airport, they responded quickly and were so very helpful. Room was so much bigger than I thought it would be.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and super cute and staffs were very helpful as well. The breakfast was very nice too. One thing I must add, as a Hilton Honors member(gold status), this hotel was the first Hilton hotel out of all the other Hilton hotels I've been to anywhere else in the world, that does NOT provide breakfast nor water bottles upon arrival for its gold members. Be Aware of this if this is a deal breaker in deciding the hotel to stay. But it was still a valuable stay if you dont mind letting go of that breakfast benefit. Highly recommend this property

the room was good and decently spacious. Cheerful amount of sunlight and a beautiful view of the bay and cityscape. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and warm except for on one small occasion where we had requested for warm drinking water in the cafe(near the lobby) which was denied. The breakfast buffet was good too. Would definitely be re-visiting and recommending. Cheers and thank you for making our stay memorable.

Service was good & room was spacious especially for Japan. Bed had adequate comfort although a bit lumpy. Amenities were just standard, but good alternative to official Disney neighborhood hotels for it's location

Hilton is a Hilton - clean, modern, excellent service. Would recommend this as an ideal offsite Disney hotel. There is a convenience store located inside along with a Disney store.
