Hilton is great even all the way in Japan!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, extremely friendly staff, very clean, free airport shuttle
The Narita Hilton was an excellent place to stay . The staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. The hotel was gorgeous and had some nice restaurants (although a bit pricey), convenience store and gift shops. The room was very clean and probably the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The cleaning staff is very quiet in the morning and don't slam doors and talk loudly like I've experienced at other hotels. I'm guessing the walls must have been built extra thick because I hear NOTHING while staying there. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The hotel also has a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was immensely helpful to me! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful and Convenient

Pros: Quiet, elegant and beautiful
Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet
I stayed at the Hilton for one night on the second leg of my journey home. It was, by far, the most elegant and comfortable hotel I had stayed in during the entire 3 week trip. The bed was exactly the right amount of soft and firm, the linens were wonderful, and the room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. I would definitely stay again, though my one (small) complaint is that once in the room, I was afraid to even plug in my iPad, for fear of incurring an additional room charge. Everything that was not the room was a la carte, even the internet. The dinner I had sent up was outstanding, but there was an odd charge that was explained as a hotel surcharge for using the Room Service facilities. All in all, a marvelous hotel, but little things like internet access should be included for the price they are asking for a hotel stay.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I was not feeling well and they went out of their way to make things easier for me. Thanks to all.

The Narita Hilton was one of the most elegant and beautiful hotels in which I have ever stayed.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Our stay at the Narita Hilton was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. It is an elegant hotel with breath taking views of bamboo forests from the higher floors, large exquisite rooms with every comfort included, beautiful gardens and fountains on the lobby level, and an excelent restaurant.

Nice hotel for military member planning on staying and fly out early in the morning

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The hotel was great and worth staying out. Everything you need is right there in the hotel. The transportation was great going from the hotel to Narita Airport.

Good hotel close to Narita Airport

The hotel offers shuttle service from Narita and it's only 15 minutes away from the airport. I had a double room, not big, but I believe it's the normal size for Japanese standards. Very good shower.

Nothing to write home about..

I felt the room was not worth the money.. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Narita Tobu for better Quality.. The room was plain --Very old hotel -- need to update the rooms.. It even smells old inside the room.. The lobby and lounge is updated --However the rest is old... Not worth the money,, A real waste ---

Not a Tokyo Hotel ¿ every bit a Hilton

I booked this trip as a graduation gift for my daughter who wanted to see Japan, and specifically Tokyo. The title of the hotel is Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport, so I make the assumption I was in or around Tokyo. The only way to equate this experience would be like booking a hotel in Los Angelis and ending up in Claremont. It took an hour and a half of train travel each day to reach Tokyo, and the same back. In addition the train for the two of us was $60 US each way. In summary, we spent 30 hours of our vacation and $1,200 US in train travel to see Tokyo. If your goal is to stay close the airport, then this is the hotel for you. If you goal is to see Tokyo, then please check the location.\n\nAs for the hotel, it was a Hilton in most every way ¿ good service, friendly staff, expensive restaurants and lost of shuttle service to and from the airport. The room we stayed in the first night was the size of a small shoe box, but after some complaining, we were upgraded to what the termed a deluxe room, or what we in America would call a standard hotel room. The room amenities were as expected for a Hilton, no more or less.\n
