The Japanese style family rooms are showing a little bit of wear but still great for families and groups. Lots of space, useful slip in table for four, nice amenities like long nightshirts. Linens and Futons were comfortable but might be a little thin for side sleepers. We checked in late after flying in from Hokkaido. Next day flight didn’t leave until 21:30. They were able to give us a brief extension of noon despite being full the next day. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the money. They even offer a vitamin/supplement buffet! Airport shuttle is fast and frequent. We’ll definitely stay again. We will definitely

Great hotel for our overnight stay for our flight back to LAX. Close to Omotesando for a late afternoon visit with plenty of time to get back to relax in the hotel bar. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced! Excellent staff and accommodations for being close to an international airport!

We stayed in Hotel Nikko Narita because we arrived at Narita at night and we did not want to travel to Tokyo at that time. Free shuttle bus from the airport was convenient at 9:30 pm. Check in to the hotel was a breeze. Luggages were brought to our room for us. Room was large for Tokyo standards, much like Western sized rooms. There is a Lawson convenience store in the ground floor of the hotel which was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was expansive - so much choices of both Japanese and Western. And the food was delicious. Recommended for a Narita airport stay.

Great place. Everything about it was amazing. Only reason I gave it 3 stars on location is there is nothing around the hotel property. They do have free shuttle service to train station, mall and airport. So you can definitely get around easily. Awesome friendly staff.
