The shuttle service between the hotel and the airport and the town of Narita is excellent. The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Narita to anyone.

Airport shuttle is great. So is the shuttle for main point pick up and drop offs to tour around. The restaurants, with the exception of the Chinese one are buffet, so limited for eating experiences. If you want a coffee, the convenient store is handy as the cafe does not open until 10 am. The rooms are clean, but old, smelly and extremely hot as they have no a/c or fans. We had to keep the window open for some fresh air.

Good hotel very close to Tokyo Narita airport. Complimentary shuttle bus to/from airport. Very good complimentary breakfast buffet. Excellent, friendly staff. Highly recommended for pre and post flight accommodation. Have stayed at this hotel on several occasions.

Clean room, friendly staff, available shuttle bus to and from hotel, restaurants on 11th floor and a convenience store all in one building. I would definitely book again for a one night stay.

This hotel was very convenient, shuttle to the hotel was very smooth and the check-in service was honestly impressive since they took on a full shuttle of people all at once! Breakfast was great!

Very easy hotel to access from Narita via complementary bus service. Well run, efficient and clean. The service was great, room comfortable and the top floor lounge was a wonderful way to wind down a long journey. This was our 2nd stay here, and will be back again.
