Clean room, the bathroom is a little outdated and the lighting wasn’t the best. But it was quiet, and there was a free shuttle from hotel into town. They also provided a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. The breakfast provided was great, a mix of traditional Japanese and western options

良かった点 ホテルのスタッフ，サービスは完璧でした。 特にベルサービスは良かった。荷物を持っていると毎回駆けつけて声掛けして頂きとても気持ち良く過ごせた。チェックインもスムーズでした。空港や市内へのシャトルサービスは良かった。 改善点 これは仕方ないですが、とにかく設備が古過ぎてちょっと驚きました。まず日本のトイレで便座が冷たいのはここが最初で最後？ ぐらいでちょっとガッカリです。 エアコンや電気のスイッチがネジを回す形式で温度調整よくわからない。 ベッドサイドのテーブルにネジを回すタイプの調節は今時珍しい… しかもベッドサイト周りに電源が一個もない… もちろん ❗️ でもUSBなどない… 部屋のにもコンセントが数個あるだけでこの時代には不便過ぎる… アメニティもお茶パック2個のみでコーヒー，紅茶さえも置いて無い(日本のホテルで初めてです) 成田のホテルは色々試していますが，少しガッカリです。

The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check‑in and check‑out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well‑maintained. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, it was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options that made mornings a real treat.

Staff was wonderful, from reception to the shuttle drivers both into Narita and to the Airport. The location is so convenient and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely recommend to anyone and plan to stay again in the future when we return for another visit.

We always look forward to ending our visit to Japan with a stay at this hotel. It makes getting to Narita International for the flight the next day effortless. The shuttle service is amazing! We make our way to terminal 2 at Narita the day before our flight so we don’t have to rush, and grab the shuttle to the hotel from there. The breakfast always is a great experience, comfortable space and great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. The rooms could use some updating but they’re always spotless and comfortable.
