Nice hotel close to Narita airport. Airport shuttle was easy to find and runs on a convenient time schedule. Staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A little bit outdated in decor but super clean. Breakfast at the main restaurant was a bit pricey for what you get but food we ate was tasty. Enjoyed the convenience of the Lawsons inside the hotel. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not new, and in some areas, you can see signs of age. However, my room was very clean, and the amenities were included in the price. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight, and the free shuttle bus starting at 4 a.m. was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay. If I fly from Narita Airport again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Spotless accommodations. Incredible staff. Friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic in regards to its distance from the Narita Airport. Bonus multiple restaurants on site and a Lawsons.

Amazing friendly staff. Great hotel with free airport shuttle and shuttle to nearby town Narita. Definitely recommend this hotel if staying around Narita airport.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable with the dual pillows. Breakfast had various Western and Japanese food. It was interesting to try a combination of both. Had an enjoyable one night stay after a long flight.

Staff directing us to the correct shuttle at the airport were friendly and helpful. The staff in the lobby welcoming us were efficient, friendly, and helpful as well. The room was meticulous and amenities were easy to understand for a non-Japanese speaker.

Lost one star as the bed was the worse bed we’ve ever slept in! And that was after travelling for 3 weeks in 4 different cities and countries! The mattress was absolutely terrible which was a pity because everything else especially the staff was amazing!
