Nice choice

It is a good property, wel mantained but little old. Rooms are nice, clean and big enough. Very close to airport. Staff very nice and eager to serve.

We appreciated the shuttle to the airport and the kind staff! The hotel itself is kind of outdated and could use a little love, but it was an easy stop before flying out of Narita the next day.

We found this hotel to be very convenient for Narita and the room had very practical use of the space. We loved the breakfast buffet and the hospitality of the staff. Will use again!

You can take a free shuttle to the hotel from either the airport or the Narita station. Had we known that we would not have paid for a taxi from the Narita station. We stayed here the night prior to departing and it was great. There is a shuttle to the outlet stores for 500 yen each way. There is also a shuttle to the mall that is free. The rooms are perfectly comfortable if not a little dated. The breakfast buffet is excellent. 24 hour Lawson Store one site and more than one restaurant. Great place to land after or in preparation for a long flight.

Very good experience. Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast and rooms are very clean. We got the japanese style room and enjoyed the differences from a regular accommodation. Futons were a bit thin but since we only stayed one night, it was okay.

There was an issue with my room, they promptly gave me an upgraded one. Honestly, there's always going to be an issue eventually, so it's how they deal with it that tells how good a hotel they are.

Room was very nice and new - it's small but very adequate. Bathroom was a bit old but overall the condition of this hotel is good. Water pressure in shower is strong. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the money, lots of selection of western and Japanese options. Hotel/Airport shuttle very convenient and all staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Convenience store in lobby is very convenient. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will be looking to stay here again in my next travels to Japan!
