When we booked this hotel we were looking for a hotel with a pool as we new the weather was going to be very hot. We asked on arrival where the pool was only to be informed it was no longer in use. Very disappointed. It is advertised on the internet having a pool. Please change your advertising on Expedia. Staff were very helpful.

ホテルの写真と実際の感じが全く違いました。一番良い部屋を予約しました。実際に通された1413号室はカーペットがシミだらけで部屋を変更してもらいました。 他の部屋もカーペットのシミが気になりましたが、諦めてその部屋に3泊しました。かなり割高なイメージが拭えないです。二度と止まらないと思います。

We stayed at a Japanese style room. The room description says it would accommodate 6 people, but it would be really tight to have that many people. The room is good for 3 to 4 people, not 6.
