The check-in process is long. Please look into more digital options for specific guests or more efficient ways. Wedding department: please add golf carts to your wedding packages to accommodate wedding guests and parties. Weddings happen at the different properties and it would increase your property value and you’ll make more money if you offer that service. Why have children and the elderly wait for carts or walk in the heat to weddings. This is a major issue across resorts and I don’t understand how no one is making this a priority to fix and make your guests happier.

Our check out was a little longer and has some unnecessary questions about booking in Expedia but was resolved with some phone call conversation. I am not sure what is going to happen if I don’t have my receipt from Expedia, I was asked to pay close to 1900 $ extra for my stay . Sales teams makes gusts a little busy, taking their sweet time for their own marketing both on check in and check out Other than that our stay on the resort was fantastic and has lots of memories

Everything was very good, the people who served us in the restaurants, especially in the Italian restaurant Rigel, our waiter was very attentive and the seafood restaurant the manager Ricardo was very friendly and of course Jesus Torres, our ambassador, he was excellent with us, he took care of everything we asked for, really a very nice experience. The only thing I didn't like very much were the pools because they had a lot of sand at the bottom and I think it needs a little remodeling.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, lo único que no nos gustó fue que había mucho sargazo por lo que la playa no fue lo máximo, en cuestión del hotel sus instalaciones muy recomendadas, para viajar con niños pequeños recomendamos llevar transporte carrito o carriola porque las distancias son largas para que caminen, a pesar que hay transporte interno luego si toma tiempo esperar que pasen

A fun all inclusive, lots of activities for all ages. Restaurant options and food were great, especially enjoyed Trattoria, Palapa Asadero and the Cafe Bistro. Always found a place to sit by the pool. Great view from the hotel room balcony of the beautiful gardens and ocean.

Property is very pretty, the staff friendly and nice and the food is good. Although the property is big there is transportation to get you around. I will definitely stay at this property again.

This is an amazing resort that has so much to offer. The property itself is beautiful with stunning views across the campus. The food and drinks options are amazing and top notch and extremely high quality. The staff is very attentive to the needs of their guests. This resort is truly the king of all inclusive!
