First & foremost, the property was under renovations. This should have been listed on the site. We got to the hotel at 2:30 (we know that check is was 3:00) I had to ask the front desk to check and see if there were any rooms available for check in early. No washroom available near the lobby; the downstairs men's washroom was dirty & not for public use. We were hesitant to even check in but I asked to see the room and it was renovated & clean.

The reception area was lovely and pool area. However, we had a pet and our room was at the very back of the building. The back door entry was not locked. You did not have to use your room key to get in. It felt unsafe because our room was very close to this door. The wifi was not working. I called the front desk to let them know. I was told someone would come up to fix it but they didn’t. We had to use our own cellular data! I also was charged $30 for 2 vehicles for parking. I understood that it was FREE self parking?

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I was travelling for work so I only needed a place to sleep and I have very happy with the room and how large and comfortble it was. I was put in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. the washroom was clean but the shower made a lot of weird sounds. Lots of storage and room in general. The staff was friendly, the guests were mostly families or other people on business but overall it was pretty quiet. The gym was not pretty but it had the essentials. overall I think it's a great hotel for the price if you need to be near the airport/ st Laurent industrial area.

I I had high expectations for my stay at the Radisson, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, I was surprised to discover that the hotel was undergoing renovations, a detail that was not mentioned on Expedia. Additionally, parking in the lot was not only an extra expense but also quite unkempt. The photos showcased a games section that initially seemed included, but I later found out it required an additional fee. Breakfast also came with a hefty price tag of $25 per person, which, frankly, could be better spent elsewhere for a healthier meal. If you plan to stay for three days or more and are renting a car, be prepared for a frustrating journey to the hotel. While it’s near the airport, navigating the area involves numerous turns, making it inconvenient for daily trips into Montreal. Using Uber might be a more practical alternative. The red sofas by the fountain look appealing at first, but upon closer inspection, they were dirty and stained. We also encountered stained towels in our room, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's standards. Customer service was mediocre at best, lacking the leadership and organization one would expect from a reputable establishment. Overall, there are significant areas for improvement regarding customer service and cleanliness at this property..

Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were nice. Pool was good, liked that it was heated but wish it was open longer. Area is close enough to everything worth seeing. If I visit Montreal again I would probably stay here again as it was affordable yet nice.
