"The service and cleanliness were excellent. Even though it’s a hotel for convenience, rather than somewhere to stay long term, it was still in great condition. The only thing I would mention is more about structure than it is about the service. The shower does not have a ledge with leads to water falling out and drenching the floor. But like I said it’s not for a long term stay so it wasn’t really that big of a deal"

"I love the beauty of this place. Wonderful restaurants, pool, beach. Great for photos. Pool closes at 9. That isn’t listed anywhere. Not terrible just an FYI: 100 per night resort fee is not included in the price. We went to the rain forest which is really cool but I don’t recommend it if you are not in awesome shape or over 50. Watched a lady carried out on a stretcher with an IV. I hike often. This water slide hike has higher difficulty: roots, mud, slippery rock climbing. Very rustic and zero safety measures. Old San Juan is great. Recommend a hat, water and sunscreen. You’ll be tired after a full day."
